      Submitting A Warranty Request?

      Expect to receive an email response from the Cole West Warranty team within two business days, or by the following Monday for items received over the weekend.

      Step 2

      We will schedule a convenient time for a warranty representative to visit your home and conduct a thorough evaluation. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we look forward to providing you with the best possible experience.

      Step 3

      After assessing the needs of your warranty claim, our dedicated team will swiftly initiate the necessary steps to address and fix the repair. Rest assured, we’ll handle the process efficiently and with the utmost care to ensure your home is restored to perfection.

      Prior to Requesting Warranty Service

      We encourage you to take a moment to consult your warranty booklet or explore the Frequently Asked Questions below for immediate assistance.

      • Typically, repairs are completed within a 10 to 30-day timeframe. However, this duration can vary depending on the specific repair needed, as well as the availability of our trade partners and customers. Our aim is to ensure swift and efficient service whenever possible.

      • For Regular Service Requests: Within 24 business hours of your submission, our Cole West Home Warranty Team will contact you via email. We will inform you about the next steps, which usually include scheduling a quick inspection to better understand the issue.
      • For Emergency Service Requests: You will receive a phone call from our team as quickly as possible after your submission to ensure prompt action is taken for your urgent needs.

      • For issues with your appliances, please reach out directly to the manufacturer. All appliance warranties are handled by them, and they are best equipped to provide the support you need.

      • Landscaping, including plants and bushes, is not covered under your home warranty. It is your responsibility to maintain their health, which may involve adjusting the existing irrigation system as needed to ensure they thrive.
