In collaboration with our Design Center, infuse your personality into your new home. Finalize your interior selections, approve the details, and provide your construction deposit to your designated Sales Leader.

The Final Countdown
With mortgage approval in hand, notify your sales leader and let the excitement build. Your dream home is now in the making.

- Considering changes? Discuss them with your Sales Leader— a $500 change fee applies.
- It may be past the cutoff for changes, even if it doesn’t look like it.
- Stand tall and proud —you've made excellent choices!

- Expect minor tweaks and repairs— they're part of the journey.
- Experience the Home Presentation with your Superintendent and Warranty Team—your home is almost ready.
